2型糖尿病患者血清miR-130 b水平与尿微量白蛋白排泄率的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation between Serum MicroRNA-130 B Level and Urinary Microalbumin Excretion Rate in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清miR-130 b水平与尿微量白蛋白排泄率的相关性分析。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年3月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察1组(UAER<30mg/24h)、观察2组(UAER30~300mg/24h)和观察3组(UAER>300mg/24h)各20例,同期再选择20例健康体检人员作为研究对象-对照组。结果:观察1、2、3组血清miR-130b高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察1、2、3组的尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、血尿素氮均高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清miR-130b水平的下降与2型糖尿病患者的肾脏损伤具有密切相关联系,可将其作为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的生物学标志物。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum microRNA-130 B level and urinary microalbumin excretion rate in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into three groups:observation group 1(UAER<30mg/24h),observation group 2(UAER 30-300mg/24h),observation group 3(UAER>300mg/24h),20 cases in each group.At the same time,another 20 healthy people were selected as the study subjects as control group.Results:The serum levels of microRNA-130b in groups 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The urinary microalbumin excretion rate,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in groups 1,2 and 3 were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of serum microRNA-130b level is closely related to renal injury in type 2 diabetic patients,which can be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
