输尿管软镜钬激光内切开引流术治疗肾囊肿的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Internal Drainage in the Treatment of Renal Cyst

目的:观察输尿管软镜钬激光内切开引流术在肾囊肿患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:将48例肾囊肿患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术进行治疗,研究组采用输尿管软镜钬激光内切开引流术进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后手术情况与并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组患者在各项手术指标与术后康复指标中均显著优于对照组;且在并发症发生率中,研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光内切开引流术在肾囊肿患者治疗中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效促进患者的术后康复效果,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser internal drainage in the treatment of renal cyst.Methods:48 patients with renal cyst were divided into the study group and the control group,and the control group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst dectomy,and the study group was treated with ureteroscope holmium laser internal drainage,to compare the incidence of the operation and the complication after the treatment of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the rate of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ureteroscope holmium laser internal drainage in the treatment of renal cyst has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with renal cyst,which can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients,and is worthy of popularization.
