超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞对下腹部患者术后镇痛分析

Analysis of Ultrasound-Guided Transverse Abdominal Planar Block for Postoperative Analgesia in Patients with Lower Abdomen

目的:探析超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞对下腹部手术患者的术后镇痛效果。方法:选取2018年11月~2019年5月于某院行下腹部手术的80例患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,40例/组。对照组采用舒芬太尼经静脉自控镇痛,观察组采用超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞镇痛,比较两组患者术后的疼痛程度和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者术后2h、4h、8h、16h的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,有显著差异;观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,有显著差异。结论:对下腹部手术患者进行超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞镇痛可缓解患者术后的疼痛程度,同时可减少不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery.Methods:80 patients who underwent lower abdominal surgery in a hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the main research subjects.They were grouped by random digital expression method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given sufentanil intravenous controlled analgesia,while the observation group was given ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block analgesia.The degree of pain and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 2h,4h,8h and 16h after operation,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal planar block analgesia for patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery can alleviate the degree of postoperative pain and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
