腹腔镜联合阴式手术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Combined with Vaginal Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨针对子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜联合阴式手术的临床应用价值。方法:选取某院2017年4月~2018年10月期间收治的子宫肌瘤患者共计120例,根据数字表分组划分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采取阴式手术,观察组采取腹腔镜联合阴式手术治疗方法,分别对两组患者的手术时间、失血率以及子宫肌瘤数目进行统计对比,并对住院时间、复发率进行统计对比,探讨两种治疗方式的差异。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者在手术时间、失血率以及子宫肌瘤数目等方面优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组患者在住院时间、复发率等方面均高于对照组患者,差异同样显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合阴式手术针对子宫肌瘤治疗具有很好的临床应用效果,不但可以显著改善患者的生命质量,同时也可以降低并发症的发病率以及病症复发率,具有临床应用、推广的价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of laparoscopic combined with vaginal surgery for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.According to the digital table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The vaginal surgery was performed for the control group.Laparoscopic and vaginal surgery were used on the observation group,to compare the operation time,blood loss rate and number of uterine fibroids in the two groups.And the hospitalization time and recurrence rate were compared statistically,and the differences between the two treatment methods were discussed.Results:By comparison,the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of operation time,blood loss rate and number of uterine fibroids,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The patients in the control group were higher than the control group in terms of hospitalization time and recurrence rate,and the difference was also significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic combined with vaginal surgery has a good clinical application for the treatment of uterine fibroids.It can not only improve the quality of life of patients significantly,but also reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of the disease.It has clinical application and promotion value..
