调脂联合降压治疗对动态血压、脉压指数及降压平稳性的影响

Effect of Lipid-Lowering Combined with Hypotension Therapy on Ambulatory Blood Pressure,Pulse Pressure Index and Stability of Hypotension

目的:探讨调脂联合降压治疗对动态血压、脉压指数及降压平稳性的影响。方法:选取某院2018年2月~2018年12月期间收治的高血压患者共计146例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对比组,每组患者各73例,对比组患者予以单纯降压治疗,研究组患者予以调脂联合降压治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床指标及降压平稳性。结果:研究组患者在24h脉压、24h脉压指数、24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压、甘油三酯和总胆固醇等指标均优于对比组,组间对比差异具显著统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在收缩压平滑指数和舒张压平滑指数中均高于对比组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论:调脂联合降压治疗能够有效降低动态血压、脉压指数,提高降压平稳定。

Objective:To investigate the effect of lipid-lowering combined with hypotension therapy on ambulatory blood pressure,pulse pressure index and stability of hypotension.Methods:A total of 146 hypertensive patients admitted to a hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,73 patients in each group were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with simple hypotension therapy,while the study group was treated with lipid-lowering combined with hypotension therapy.The clinical indicators and stability of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The 24-hour pulse pressure,24-hour pulse pressure index,24-hour average systolic pressure,24-hour average diastolic pressure,triglyceride and total cholesterol in the study group were better than those in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The systolic pressure smoothing index and diastolic pressure smoothing index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lipid-lowering therapy combined with hypotension therapy can effectively reduce ambulatory blood pressure and pulse pressure index,and improve the stability of hypotension.
