东莞市南城街道居民健康素养及烟草流行监测调查

Surveillance of Health Literacy and Tobacco Epidemic among Residents in Dongguan Nancheng Street

目的:调查东莞市南城街道居民健康素养及烟草流行情况。方法:选取东莞市南城街道范围内621人,进行健康素养及烟草流行情况调查,统计621人健康素养总体水平及烟草流行情况调查结果。结果:2019年南城街道居民健康素养总体水平为25.40%,健康知识和理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、基本技能素养分别为50.4%、27.2%、39.0%,科学健康观素养、传染病防治素养、慢性病防治素养、安全与急救素养、基本医疗素养、健康信息素养分别为57.8%、26.2%、37.8%、68.2%、31.9%、47.0%,不同调查人群的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);南城街道居民的吸烟率为9.9%,不同人群吸烟差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:东莞市南城街道居民健康素养总体水平和吸烟情况差别较大,今后工作时应重点关注。

Objective:To investigate the health literacy and tobacco epidemic situation of residents in Nancheng Street,Dongguan City.Methods:A total of 621 people from the area of Nancheng Street in Dongguan were selected to investigate their health literacy and tobacco epidemic.The overall level of health literacy of 621 people and the survey results of tobacco prevalence were counted.Results:The overall level of health literacy of residents in Nancheng Street in 2019 was 25.40%,health knowledge and ideological literacy,healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy,and basic skill literacy were 50.4%,27.2%,and 39.0%,scientific health literacy and infectious disease prevention literacy,respectively.Chronic disease prevention literacy,safety and first aid literacy,basic medical literacy,and health information literacy were 57.8%,26.2%,37.8%,68.2%,31.9%,and 47.0%,respectively,and the differences among different survey populations were statistically significant(P<0.05);The smoking rate of residents in Nancheng Street was 9.9%,and the difference in smoking among different groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of health literacy and smoking status of residents in Nancheng Street of Dongguan city are quite different,so we should pay attention to it in the future.
