摘要
目的:以病毒性上呼吸道感染为例,研究退热颗粒的临床效果。方法:以某院2017年11月~2018年11月收治的94例病毒性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,将患者编入实验组与对照组,各47例。实验组采用以退热颗粒为主的治疗方案,对照组采用以布洛芬混悬液为主的治疗方案,分析两组患者的综合疗效,两组患者治疗后的体温变化情况、平均咳嗽消减时间、治疗后的症状积分。结果:实验组的综合疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后2h、治疗后4h、治疗后24h与治疗后48h的体温下降幅度均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后24h与治疗后48h的症状积分的下降程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者平均咳嗽消减时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:退热颗粒在病毒性上呼吸道感染患者治疗过程中的应用,有助于改善患者的临床症状,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:Taking viral upper respiratory tract infection as an example,to study clinical effect of antipyretic granules.Methods:A total of 94 patients with viral upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as objects.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group averagely.The experimental group was treated with antipyretic granules and the control group with ibuprofen suspension.The comprehensive curative effect,body temperature changes,the average time of cough reduction and the symptom score after treatment were analyzed between the two groups.Results:The comprehensive curative effect of experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of body temperature in experimental group was greater than that control group after 2 hours,4 hours,24 hours and 48 hours of treatment(P<0.05).The symptoms scores of experimental group were better than control group 24 hours and 48 hours after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average cough reduction time of experimental group was shorter than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of antipyretic granules in the treatment of patients with viral upper respiratory tract infection is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has a certain clinical value.
