地佐辛超前镇痛用于臂丛神经阻滞的效果及对术后疼痛的影响

Effect of Preemptive Analgesia with Dezocine on Brachial Plexus Block and Its Effect on Postoperative Pain

目的:观察地佐辛超前镇痛在臂丛神经阻滞中的临床效果及对术后疼痛的影响。方法:选择某院在2018年3月~2019年3月之间收治的60例上肢骨折患者作为研究对象,采用双色球法,按照1∶1比例将60例患者分成对照组与观察组各30例,对照组通过罗哌卡因、利多卡因实施麻醉,观察组采用地佐辛实施超前麻醉,对比两组术后疼痛情况、药物起效时间与药效维持时间。结果:观察组术后4h开始VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物起效时间明显短于对照组,药效维持时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在实施臂丛神经阻滞前给予患者地佐辛超前镇痛,可明显缓解其术后疼痛,药物起效时间短,药效维持时间长,可有效改善患者臂丛神经阻滞的临床效果,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of preemptive analgesia with dezocine in brachial plexus block and its effect on postoperative pain.Methods:60 patients with upper limb fracture admitted to a hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.60 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the ratio of 1:1,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine and lidocaine,while the observation group was anesthetized with dezocine.The postoperative pain,the onset time and maintenance time of drug efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 4 hours after operation(P<0.05);The onset time of the drug in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the maintenance time of the drug effect was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preemptive analgesia with dezocine before brachial plexus block can obviously relieve the pain after operation.The drug has a short onset time and a long duration of efficacy.It can effectively improve the clinical effect of brachial plexus block in patients.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
