咪达唑仑联合芬太尼在ICU危重病人机械通气镇静镇痛治疗中的效果 被引量:7

Effect of Midazolam Combined with Fentanyl on Mechanical Ventilation Sedation and Analgesia in Critically Ill Patients in ICU

摘要 目的:在ICU危重病人机械通气镇静镇痛治疗中联合应用咪达唑仑与芬太尼,观察其临床效果。方法:选取某院2017年11月~2018年11月收治的行机械通气治疗的ICU病人35例为研究对象,利用随机方式分成两组,观察组18例与对照组17例,其中对照组患者在机械通气过程中给予患者咪达唑仑镇静镇痛治疗,观察组患者则在对照组患者治疗方案基础上加入芬太尼,对比两组各项临床指标与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组镇静持续时间、达到满意镇静深度时间、镇静效率等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率11.1%明显低于对照组41.2%(P<0.05)。结论:咪达唑仑与芬太尼联合用于ICU危重病人机械通气镇静镇痛治疗中,可获得确切的镇静镇痛效果,合理运用镇静镇痛治疗方案,可获得令人满意的临床效果,帮助患者减少应激反应,降低氧耗量。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of midazolam combined with fentanyl in mechanical ventilation sedation and analgesia for critical patients in ICU.Methods:35 ICU patients treated with mechanical ventilation in a hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,18 cases in the observation group and 17 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were given midazolam sedation and analgesia during mechanical ventilation,while the patients in the observation group were given fentanyl on the basis of the treatment of the patients in the control group.The clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The sedation duration,time to reach satisfactory sedation depth and sedation efficiency in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.1%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with fentanyl in mechanical ventilation sedation and analgesia for critical patients in ICU can obtain exact sedative and analgesic effect.Rational use of sedative and analgesic treatment program can obtain satisfactory clinical effect,helping patients reduce stress response and oxygen consumption.
