光学相干断层成像在冠心病介入治疗中综合应用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 当前有效治疗冠心病的举措就是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)方案,能够有效地将患者的狭窄或者闭塞的冠状动脉管腔进行疏通,同时予以冠状动脉的血氧供给展开有效改善。光学相干断层成像(OCT)是常用的冠状动脉内影像诊断技术手段,可以显示出有关的冠状动脉管腔信息内容,作为PCI支架植入前的检查以及治疗过程和预后检查等方式。本文着重的分析光学相干断层成像应用到冠心病介入治疗中的情况。 The current effective treatment of coronary heart disease is the percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)scheme,which can effectively clear the narrow or occluded coronary arterial lumen of the patient,and at the same time,it can effectively improve the blood oxygen supply of the coronary arteries.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is a commonly used intra-coronary imaging diagnostic technique.It can display relevant information about the coronary lumen as a pre-implantation examination of PCI stent,as well as treatment process and prognosis.This article focuses on the analysis of the application of optical coherence tomography in coronary heart disease intervention.
