常规支气管镜检查在具体应用过程中会对患者形成强烈的刺激,并可能引发患者产生呛咳、喉支气管痉挛以及低氧血症等多种并发症,影响患者的身体健康。无痛纤维支气管镜检是一种无痛安全快速的支气管镜检查方法,通过静脉麻醉让患者处于睡眠状态下开展检查,这对麻醉医师的技术水平提出了更高的要求。为了有效保障无痛支气管镜检查的顺利开展,麻醉管理工作中就显得特别重要。近些年很多专家关于无痛纤维支气管镜检查麻醉管理开展了一系列研究工作,取得了一些新认识,本文将这些研究进展进行综述,以期为临床无痛纤维支气管镜检查麻醉工作的开展提供借鉴。

Routine bronchoscopy in the specific application process will form a strong stimulus to patients,and may cause many complications such as choking cough,larynobronchial spasm and hypoxemia,which will affect the health of patients.Painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy is a painless,safe and fast method of bronchoscopy.It can make patients sleep under intravenous anesthesia,which puts forward higher requirements for the technical level of anesthesiologists.In order to ensure the smooth development of painless bronchoscopy,anesthesia management is particularly important.In recent years,many experts have carried out a series of research work on anesthesia management of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and made some new understanding.This paper summarizes these research progress,in order to provide reference for the development of anesthesia in clinical painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
