摘要
康复训练是偏瘫患者康复治疗中的重要环节,有助于改善偏瘫患者的机体功能,提高生活质量。但是传统康复训练主要采用人工一对一的训练方式,由于治疗医师的严重不足难以满足临床偏瘫患者康复训练的需求。同时在人工康复训练中主要基于康复医师的主观经验对康复效果进行判断,缺乏定量评估。康复机器人的出现为偏瘫患者康复治疗提供了新的途径,不仅有助于缓解康复医师的工作强度,同时有助于为患者提供更加科学准确的康复训练平台。因此康复机器人出现后很多学者对于康复机器人也开展了大量的研究工作,本文将偏瘫患者下肢康复机器人研究进展进行梳理总结。
Rehabilitation training is an important link in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic patients,which helps to improve the body function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients.However,the traditional rehabilitation training mainly adopts the artificial one-to-one training mode.Because of the serious shortage of therapists,it is difficult to meet the needs of clinical hemiplegia patients’rehabilitation training.At the same time,in the artificial rehabilitation training,it is mainly based on the subjective experience of rehabilitation doctors to judge the rehabilitation effect,lacking of quantitative evaluation.The emergence of rehabilitation robot provides a new way for hemiplegia patients’rehabilitation treatment,which not only helps to alleviate the work intensity of rehabilitation doctors,but also helps to provide more scientific and accurate rehabilitation training platform for patients.Therefore,after the emergence of rehabilitation robot many scholars have carried out a lot of research work on rehabilitation robot.In this paper,the research progress of hemiplegic patients’lower limb rehabilitation robot is summarized.
