尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的效果

目的:探讨分析尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的应用效果。方法:选择入院接受尿液潜血检验的100例患者作为研究对象,均采用尿液分析仪进行潜血检验以及显微镜红细胞计数检验,并将尿液分析仪检验结果作为A组,将显微镜检验结果作为B组,并对两种检验结果进行对比。结果:对比两组检验阳性率,对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组阴性与不同强度阳性检查结果分布情况,结果显示A组结果阳性率普遍偏低。结论:与显微镜红细胞计数检验结果相比较,尿液分析仪潜血检验存在误漏诊情况,特别是弱阳性患者,极易误诊为阴性,因此为提高临床检验准确率,应合理联合镜检,以便为临床诊断提供必要依据。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the application effect of urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic erythrocyte count test in urine occult blood test.Methods:100 patients admitted to hospital for urine occult blood test were selected as research objects.Urine analyzer was used for occult blood test and microscopic red blood cell count test.Urine analyzer test results were taken as group A,microscopic test results were taken as group B,and the two test results were compared.Results:Comparing the positive rates of the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparing the distribution of negative and positive test results of different intensities between the two groups,the results show that the positive rate of group A results is generally low.Conclusion:Compared with microscopic red blood cell count test results,urine analyzer occult blood test has missed diagnosis,especially for weakly positive patients,which is easily misdiagnosed as negative.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of clinical test,it is necessary to reasonably combine microscopic examination so as to provide necessary basis for clinical diagnosis.
