腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的有效性与患者免疫功能指标研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones and the Index ofPatients’ Immune Function

目的:探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的有效性及对患者免疫功能指标影响。方法:选择本院2017年11月~2018年12月收治60例胆结石患者,随机分组。开腹手术组选择开腹胆囊切除术,腹腔镜微创组选择腹腔镜下胆囊切除术。比较两组患者手术时间、恢复胃肠排气时间、术中出血量和住院天数;治疗前后患者免疫功能指标和并发症发生率。结果:腹腔镜微创组免疫功能指标、手术操作时间、恢复胃肠排气时间、术中出血量和住院天数、并发症发生率和开腹手术组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论:胆结石患者实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术临床效果良好,可有效降低机体创伤,提高预后质量。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones and its effect on the immune function of patients.Methods:Sixty patients with gallstones were selected from our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 and randomly divided.The laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in the open surgery group,and the laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in the minimally invasive group.The operation time,gastrointestinal gas recovery time,intraoperative blood loss,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The immune function index of patients before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared.Results:The laparoscopic minimally invasive group had immune function indicators,operation time,gastrointestinal gas recovery time,intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay,complication rate and open surgery group had advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones has a good clinical effect,can effectively reduce the bed,improve the quality of the prognosis,and has clinical promotion value.
