康柏西普联合激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效

Efficacy of Compaqop Combined with Laser for Diabetic Macular Edema

目的:分析康柏西普联合激光对糖尿病性黄斑水肿治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年2月~2018年5月本院收治的25例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者作为本研究的观察组,治疗的过程中为患者选择康柏西普联合激光疗法进行治疗,选择同期本院收治的另外25例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者作为对照组,为患者治疗的过程中单纯应用激光疗法进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后的效果进行比较。结果:经不同治疗以后,比较两组患者的BCVA、CMT、眼压、视野灰度值、30°视野平均光阀值敏感度、视野平均缺损值等相关情况,观察组的相关指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论:对糖尿病性黄斑水肿在治疗的时候,采用康柏西普联合激光方法能够有效地提升治疗的总体效果,改善相关临床指标。

Objective: To analyze the effect of Compaqip combined with laser on diabetic macular edema. Methods: Twenty-five patients with diabetic macular edema admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the observation group of this study. During the treatment, patients were selected for the treatment with Compaqep combined with laser therapy. Another 25 patients with diabetic macular edema were treated as the control group, and laser therapy was used to treat the patients. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After different treatments, the BCVA, CMT, intraocular pressure, visual field gray value, 30°visual field average light valve sensitivity, and average visual field defect were compared between the two groups of patients. The relevant indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control Group, P<0.05, there was statistical difference. Conclusions: In the treatment of diabetic macular edema, the use of Compaq combined with laser method can effectively improve the overall effect of treatment, improve related clinical indicators, and is worth promoting.
