摘要
目的:探讨全自动生化分析仪检测标本溶血对结果准确性的影响。方法:选取本社区卫生服务中心于2017年1月~2019年1月收治的412例生化体检者进行临床实验,按溶血与否将其分成A、B组,各212例、200例,A组均采用全自动生化分析仪检测,B组蚕蛹常规方法检测,比较其生化指标水平差异。结果:经临床检验发现,A组DBIL、TBIL、ALB、TP、AST、ALT、CK、LDH及K^+、UA等生化指标水平高于B组,GLU低于B组(P<0.05),Ca^(2+)、BUN与B组比无显著差异(P>0.05)。与病理学诊断比,A组检测准确性97.64%,B组检测准确率93.00%,两组准确率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在溶血诊断过程中科学、合理的予以全自动生化分析仪检测准确率高,临床应用效果较好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of the results of the specimens detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer. Methods: Aclinical experiment was performed on 412 biochemical examination patients admitted to this community health service center from January 2017 to January2019. They were divided into groups A and B according to hemolysis or not, with 212 and 200 patients in each group All were tested with a full-automaticbiochemical analyzer, and conventional methods of group B silkworm pupae were used to compare the differences in biochemical indicators. Results: Afterclinical examination, it was found that the biochemical indicators of DBIL, TBIL, ALB, TP, AST, ALT, CK, LDH, K+, and UA in group A were higher thanthose in group B, and the GLU was lower than those in group B (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between BUN and group B (P>0.05). Comparedwith pathological diagnosis, the accuracy of detection in group A was 97.64%, and the accuracy of detection in group B was 93.00%. There was no significantdifference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the process of hemolytic diagnosis, scientific and reasonable automatic biochemical analyzer hashigh detection accuracy and good clinical application effect.
