腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜对高龄胆总管结石伴胆囊结石的治疗效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Choledochofiberscope on Senile Choledocholithiasis with Cholecystolithiasis

目的:探究腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜对高龄胆总管结石伴胆囊结石的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月在本院进行就诊的76例高龄胆总管结石伴胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗,观察组患者给予腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗,观察两组患者住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间和术中出血量情况,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间和术中出血量均显著少于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对高龄胆总管结石伴胆囊结石患者,临床给予腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope on senile choledocholithiasis with cholecystolithiasis.Methods:76 elderly patients with choledocholithiasis and cholecystolithiasis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order.Patients in the control group were treated with open surgery,while patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy.The hospitalization time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with choledocholithiasis and cholecystolithiasis,laparoscopy combined with choledochofiberscope is effective and worthy of clinical application.
