经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫颈息肉样病变的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Cervical Polypoid Lesions

目的:分析宫颈息肉样病变鉴别诊断中经阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法:采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声对本院2017年7月~2018年6月收治的50例疑似宫颈息肉样病变患者进行检查,分析诊断情况,计算准确率。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声判定宫颈息肉46例,真性肿瘤4例;病理证实宫颈息肉50例,经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的判定准确率为92%。48例患者可以获得清晰彩超影像资料,宫颈息肉病理组织的血流状态均可获得有效显示,且患者RⅡ值均在0.60以上。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断宫颈息肉样病变准确率较高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions.Methods:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was used to examine 50 patients with suspected cervical polypoid lesions treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018.The diagnosis was analyzed and the accuracy rate was calculated.Results:46 cases of cervical polyps were identified by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and 4 cases of true tumors;50 cases of cervical polyps were confirmed by pathology.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 92%.Forty-eight patients can obtain clear color Doppler ultrasound data,and the blood flow status of cervical polyps pathological tissue can be effectively displayed,and the RⅡvalues of all patients are above 0.60.Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a higher accuracy rate in the differential diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions,and has higher application value.
