裂隙灯下角膜异物剔除术治疗角膜异物的效果

Effect of Different Drugs on Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastric Ulcer

目的:探析在为角膜异物患者实施治疗的过程中裂隙灯下角膜异物剔除术的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究对象的纳入时间介于2018年12月~2019年12月,共包括在本院接受角膜异物治疗的患者244例,根据随机1:1分组原则将患者分为两组,其中接受裂隙灯下角膜异物剔除术治疗的122例患者作为实验组,接受常规角膜异物剔除术治疗的122例患者作为对比组。结果:实验组患者治疗有效率与对比组患者相比明显较高(P<0.05);在各种并发症发生概率的比较上,实验组患者与对比组患者相比明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:裂隙灯下角膜异物剔除术的运用,可以提高治疗的有效性和质量,是理想的治疗方案。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of corneal foreign body removal under slit lamp in the treatment of corneal foreign body patients.Methods:The research object of this experiment included in the time between December 2018-December 2019,including corneal foreign body treated in our hospital 244 cases of patients,according to 1:1 grouping principle divided the patients into two groups at random,which accept under the slit lamp for the treatment of corneal foreign bodies out of as experimental group,122 patients accepted routine treatment of corneal foreign bodies out of 122 cases as control group.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of corneal foreign body removal under slit lamp can improve the effectiveness and quality of treatment,and it is an ideal treatment scheme that should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
