Study on the Effect of Gracey Curettage on Periodontitis

目的:研究Gracey刮治器治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年3月~2018年3月收治的牙周炎患者50例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组应用治疗仪治疗,研究组应用Gracey刮治器治疗,对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗后研究组患者CAL、PLI以及PD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:患有广泛侵袭性的牙周炎患者,采用Gracey刮治器及牙周治疗仪做根面平整和龈下刮治能够取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Gracey curettage on periodontitis.Methods:Fifty patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with a therapeutic device and the research group was treated with Gracey curettage.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the CAL,PLI and PD in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with extensively invasive periodontitis can achieve good results by using Gracey curettage and periodontal instrument for root planing and subgingival curettage.
