摘要
针对九江钢铁炼钢厂转炉氧枪喷头冶金效果不佳及氧枪设备本体安全存在的问题,通过优化氧枪喷头参数,改善了喷头冶金效果,对喷头组件材质进行改进,优化供氧程序,实现了吹炼过程平稳、可控,设备本体安全性能显著提高的效果。方案实施后,基本杜绝了氧枪回火烧损漏水的设备事故,使得因为氧枪回火烧损漏水可能引发的重大安全险肇事故得到有效的控制。
In view of the poor metallurgical effect of oxygen gun nozzles and the safety of oxygen gun equipment in Jiujiang Iron and Steel Works,the metallurgical effect of nozzles is improved by optimizing the parameters of oxygen gun nozzles,improving the material of nozzles components,and optimizing the oxygen supply program.This paper realizes the effect of smooth and controllable blowing process and improving the safety performance of equipment.After the implementation of the plan,it basically eliminated the accident of the equipment that caused the oxygen gun backfire to damage the leakage,so that the major safety and risk accidents that may be caused by the oxygen gun backfire loss leakage can be effectively controlled.
