摘要
针对莱钢海洋石油平台用钢SM490YB生产中出现的横向裂纹和低温冲击性能不合问题,对部分炉次取样进行化学成分、夹杂物和金相检测,并对产生原因进行分析,结果表明,连铸冷却强度、拉速和液面波动、包晶反应、夹杂物以及带状组织是导致性能缺陷的影响因素,通过生产工艺优化调整,改善了产品组织性能,横向裂纹减少,低温冲击性能显著提高。
In view of the transverse cracks and low temperature impact toughness of SM490YB steel of offshore oil platform in Laiwu Company,for part of the furnace sampling,the chemical compositions、inclusions and metallographic test,and the causes were analyzed,the results showed that the Continuous casting cooling intensity、drawing speed and the liquid level fluctuation、the peritectic reaction,inclusions and banded structure are influence of leading factors to performance defect,through the production process optimization adjustment,the organization performance was improved,the transverse crack was reduced,and the low temperature impact performance was significantly improved.
