摘要
通过数学回归方法得到了立辊产生的应力,研究了立辊产生的应力对2507双相不锈钢边裂的影响。结果表明,立辊投入产生的压应力有利于抑制2507双相不锈钢边裂,均值应力与其裂纹深度呈现一定的函数关系,均值应力越大,2507双相不锈钢边裂深度越小。
The stress produced by the vertical roll is obtained by mathematical regression method,and the influence of the stress generated by the vertical roll on the edge crack of 2507 super duplex stainless steel is studied.The compressive stress produced by the input of the vertical roller can help to restrain the generation of side crack,and the mean stress produced by the vertical roll has a certain functional relationship with the crack depth,and the larger the mean stress is,the smaller the edge crack depth is.
