“一带一路”背景下我国对哈萨克斯坦基础设施投资效应的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Investment Effect of China’s Infrastructure Investment in Kazakhstan

以20142017年中国对哈萨克斯坦基础设施投资的季度数据为基础,实证分析了中国对哈萨克斯坦基础设施投资的效果。研究结果显示,在考虑规模收益时,中国对哈萨克斯坦的基础设施投资的平均规模效率为0.666,而在不考虑规模收益时,中国对哈萨克斯坦的基础设施投资的平均综合效率为0.587,这表明中国对哈萨克斯坦基础设施投资的绩效有待进一步提高,投资效率有待进一步优化。

Based on the quarterly data of China and Kazakhstan from 2014 to 2017, this paper empirically analyzes the investment effect of China on infrastructure in Kazakhstan. The results show that the average scale efficiency of Kazakhstan infrastructure investment economy in China is 0.587, which shows that the scale economy of infrastructure investment in Kazakhstan needs to be further improved and the efficiency of investment further optimized.
