摘要
冷渣器是循环流化床机组中重要的辅机,如果锅炉入炉煤颗粒或底渣粒径偏小,很容易出现底渣自流现象,造成冷渣器内部瞬间大量进渣,进而导致冷渣器的变频器过力矩跳闸,或者冷渣器内部需要人工清理的情况。底渣自流现象严重时,会造成机组的降负荷或停机事故。文章从底渣自流的现象、造成的原因、解决的过程和解决方法进行论述。
In the Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler,the bottom ash cooler is an important auxiliary machine.If the coal particles in the boiler or the bottom slag particles are small,the ash cooler appear Pneumatic conveying situation is easy to occur,which causes a large amount of bottom ash to be instantaneously inside the ash cooler,and then causes the ash cooler converter to trip for over the torque,or the ash cooler internal bottom ash needs manual cleaning.When the bottom ash pneumatic conveying situation is serious,it will cause the unit to reduce the load or stop the event.This paper discusses the causes and solutions of the phenomenon of bottom ash appear pneumatic conveying situation.
