摘要
为实现对线性菲涅尔式光热电站镜场系统的自动控制,本文在介绍线性菲涅尔式聚光集热系统聚光集热单元的基础上,对太阳跟踪机构的跟踪方式进行了研究,确定了太阳跟踪机构的组成,设计了太阳跟踪机构的控制逻辑,说明了实现控制需要选择的相应硬件。在此基础上,明确了控制系统要实现的关键功能,设计了镜场控制系统的硬件系统,并给出了与之对应的软件解决方案,最后给出了适宜线性菲涅尔式光热电站的通信调度方式。从局部到整体、由硬件到软件对线性菲涅尔式光热电站的镜场控制系统进行了较系统的研究,对于线性菲涅尔式光热电站的推广应用具有一定参考价值。
In order to realize the automatic control of the solar field in linear Fresnel solar thermal power plant,the tracking method as well as the composition of the solar tracking mechanism is analyzed based on the introduction of the concentrating unit,then the control logic of the solar tracking mechanism is designed,and the corresponding hardware required for the control is explained.On this basis,the key functions of the control system are clarified,the hardware of the solar field control system is designed,and the corresponding software solution is given.Finally,a communication and dispatching method which is suitable for linear Fresnel solar thermal plant is given.In this paper,both the hardware and software of the solar field control system in linear Fresnel solar thermal plant are studied from part to whole,which provides certain references for the popularization and application of the linear Fresnel solar thermal power plant.
