摘要 随着风险管理理论在电力工程领域的广泛应用,相关企业越来越重视电力工程质量的风险管理工作。文章在系统阐述质量风险管理的概念、目的、原则、流程的基础上,结合案例重点识别了对电力工程质量影响较大、具有普遍性和高危性的六类质量风险,并针对风险因素提出建议性的应对策略。 With the widespread application of risk management theory in the field of electric power engineering,related companies have paid more and more attention to the quality risk management of electric power engineering.On the basis of systematically explaining the concept,purpose,principle,and process of quality risk management,this thesis identifies six types of quality risks,which are universal,high-risk and much influential on the quality of power engineering,and puts forward critical countermeasures for risk factors.
