乡村振兴战略背景下江苏返乡创业扶持政策研究

Study on the Supporting Policies of Jiangsu’s Returning Home Entrepreneurship under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

在对江苏返乡创业扶持政策实地调研的基础上,构建了返乡创业人员创业成果评价指标体系,对全省设区市的返乡创业成果进行综合评价,对出台的相关政策进行绩效评价和满意度评价,从微观层面回应了江苏返乡创业政策取得的实效。在对存在问题分析的基础上,提出了进一步完善返乡人员创业政策的建议。

On the basis of the field research on the supporting policies of returning home entrepreneurship in Jiangsu province,this paper constructs the evaluation index system for the entrepreneurial achievements of returning entrepreneurs,comprehensively evaluates the entrepreneurial achievements of returning entrepreneurs in the cities divided into districts in the province,evaluates the performance and satisfaction of the relevant policies,and responds to the actual results of the entrepreneurial policies of returning home entrepreneurship in Jiangsu province from the micro level.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward suggestions to further improve the entrepreneurship policy of the returnees.
