应用型本科高校审计学专业人才培养问题研究——基于行业需求

科技的发展与社会的进步对注册会计师行业带来新的机遇与挑战。文章采用调查研究的方法,从社会审计、政府审计、内部审计等不同角度深入地剖析了山东省用人单位对审计人才所需要知识、能力、素质提出的新要求。根据调查结果,为培养符合新时代社会需求的审计学专业应用型创新型人才,提升审计学专业学生的就业竞争力,突出专业建设特色,提出了切实可行的优化审计学专业人才培养方案的意见或建议。

With the development of technology and social progress,the CPA industry is faced with the new opportunities and challenges.The paper adopts the survey method and makes a thorough inquiry about the new requirements of the employers in Shandong Province.The inquiry includes knowledge,ability,and quality from the perspective of social audit,government audit and internal audit.According to the survey results,in order to cultivate the applied and innovative talents of audit major in line with the social needs of the new era,improve the employment competitiveness of audit major students,and highlight the characteristics of professional construction,this paper puts forward feasible opinions or suggestions on optimizing the training program of audit major talents.
