摘要 绝缘管型母线作为一种新型的低压侧载流设备,因其独特的优势近年来在各行各业中被广泛应用。然而,由于从产品的生产设计到用户的运维检修等全过程均缺乏系统理论依据和通用性技术指导文件,导致设备故障频发,运行可靠性急需提升。针对绝缘管型母线的行业现状及应用情况的调研分析,开展了该产品全过程技术管控的性能提升研究,提出具体的提升措施。随后介绍了已开展的典型工程应用实例,详述并验证各工程中所应用的性能提升方法的有效性和必要性。 As a new type of low voltage side current-carrying device,insulated tubular busbar has been widely used in various industries due to its unique advantages. However,the lack of systematic theoretical basis and of universal technical guidance documents in the whole process from product production design to user operation and maintenance cause frequent equipment failures,hence the urgent need to improve the operational reliability. This paper briefly describes the investigation analysis on current status and application of insulated tubular busbar,and carries out the research on the performance improvement of the whole-process technical control of product,putting forward specific promotion measures. Finally,the paper introduces the typical engineering application examples,and also describes and verifies the effectiveness and necessity of the performance improvement methods used in each project.
