一种新型控制策略在脱硝控制中的应用

摘要 针对SCR脱硝控制系统的大延迟、大惯性问题,通过一种近似滑动窗滤波器(ASWF)构造出高性能PI控制器(HPPI)和超前观测器(HPLO)。HPPI能够更有效地提高跟踪常值扰动的效率,更好地消除系统稳态偏差。HPLO能够提前获取系统响应的信息,可以极大提高过程控制的性能。预测前馈控制策略能大幅提高系统闭环稳定性和抗干扰能力,优化SCR脱硝控制系统的动态特性。通过仿真试验和实际应用,验证了新型控制策略的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of large delay and large inertia in selective catalytic reduction(SCR denitration control system,this paper constructs high performance PI controller(HPPI)and high performance leading observer(HPLO)through an approximate sliding window filter(ASWF). HPPI can be used to more effectively improve the efficiency of tracking the constant disturbance and better eliminate the steady-state deviation. HPLO can obtain the information of system response in advance,which greatly improves the performance of process control. The prediction of feedforward control strategy can greatly boost the closed-loop stability and antijamming ability of the system,and optimize the dynamic characteristics of the SCR denitration control system.Finally the paper verifies the effectiveness of the new control strategy by simulation tests and practical applications.
