无创呼吸机对重症急性左心心力衰竭的治疗效果研究

Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator on Severe Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:分析无创呼吸机对重症急性左心心力衰竭患者治疗的临床价值,以此为相关治疗提供参考意见.方法:采取抽签法将2017年6月~2018年12月本院96例重症急性左心心力衰竭患者分为对照组(48例,给予开展临床常规治疗)、观察组(48例,给予采用无创呼吸机治疗).统计分析两组患者临床治疗效果、放弃治疗发生率.结果:①观察组临床治疗效果相比较于对照组同等数据明显较高,观察组治疗总有效率95.83%(46/48)明显高于对照组83.33%(40/48),组间对比统计学意义存在,P<0.05;②观察组临床各项指标相比较于对照组改善情况较为显著,观察组心率、呼吸、二氧化碳分压低于对照组,氧分压高于对照组,对数据进行t检验,组间对比存在统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:重症急性左心心力衰竭患者采取无创呼吸机治疗,与常规治疗方案相比较临床效果显著.

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure,and to provide guidance for related treatment.Methods:A total of 96 patients with severe acute left heart failure in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were divided into a reference group(48 cases,given routine clinical treatment)and an experimental group(48 cases,given non-invasively).Ventilator therapy.Statistical analysis of the clinical treatment effect and the rate of abandonment of treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:①The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than the equivalent data of the reference group.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.83%(46/48)significantly higher than the reference group 83.33%(40/48).There was a statistical significance of P<0.05 between the comparisons.②The clinical indicators of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the reference group.The heart rate,respiration,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group.By t test,there was a statistically significant difference between the groups P<0.05.Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator therapy is used in patients with severe acute left ventricular heart failure.Compared with conventional treatment,its clinical effect is significant.
