振动排痰机对老年肺内感染患者的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Vibrating Expectoration Machine in Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection

目的:分析振动排痰机对老年肺内感染患者的应用效果.方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的40例老年肺内感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组患者20例,采用人工拍背辅助治疗;观察组患者20例,采用振动排痰机辅助治疗.观察两组患者的排痰量、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间.结果:观察组患者的排痰量为(30.32±4.85)mL/d,高于对照组患者的(24.27±4.64)mL/d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肺部啰音消失时间和住院时间分别为(6.69±1.39)d和(14.68±2.41)d,均低于对照组患者的(8.78±1.53)d和(17.23±3.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对老年肺内感染患者采用振动排痰机有助于患者顺利排痰,促使患者早日康复.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of vibrating expectoration machine on elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods:Forty elderly patients with intrapulmonary infection admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into groups.Twenty patients in the control group were treated with artificial back-slap assisting,and patients in the test group were treated with vibrating sputum.Machine-assisted treatment was performed to observe the sputum output,the disappearance time of lung rales and the length of hospital stay in the two groups of patients.Results:The sputum output of patients in the test group was(30.32±4.85)mL/d,which was higher than that in the control group(24.27±4.64)mL/d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time and hospital stay time were(6.69±1.39)d and(14.68±2.41)d,respectively,which were both lower than(8.78±1.53)d and(17.23±3.24)d in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of vibrating expectoration machine for elderly patients with intrapulmonary infection can help patients expel sputum smoothly and promote early recovery.
