LEEP对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变妇女妊娠结局及分娩方式的影响

Effects of LEEP on Pregnancy Outcomes and Delivery Methods in Women with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的:分析对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)患者采取高频电波刀电圈切除术(LEEP)治疗对分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响.方法:选取2016年8月~2017年8月本院收治的CIN患者31例为观察组,另选取同一时间打算生育的健康妇女为对照组,对观察组妇女采取LEEP治疗,对比两组妊娠结局和分娩方式.结果:两组妊娠率、产后出血、宫颈损伤、早产、新生儿窒息、剖宫产率、阴道分娩率、流产率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组胎膜早破率3.2%、生殖道感染率0均低于观察组16.1%、9.7%,对比存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采取LEEP治疗CIN妇女虽然不会影响其生育功能和分娩方式,但有可能导致其出现胎膜早破和生殖道感染的情况,进而影响生命安全.

Objective:To analyze the effects of high-frequency radio-beam electrosurgical resection(LEEP)treatment on delivery methods and pregnancy outcomes in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:Thirty-one CIN patients admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group,and healthy women who planned to give birth at the same time were selected as the control group.Women in the observation group were treated with LEEP,and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.And childbirth.Results:There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate,postpartum hemorrhage,cervical injury,premature delivery,neonatal asphyxia,cesarean section rate,vaginal delivery rate,and abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the rate of premature rupture of membranes in the control group was 3.2%.The genital tract infection rate of 0 was lower than that of the observation group at 16.1%and 9.7%,and there were differences in comparison,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although LEEP in CIN women will not affect their reproductive function and delivery methods,it may lead to the occurrence of premature rupture of membranes and reproductive tract infections,which in turn affects life safety.
