Objective:To compare the efficacy of insulin pump and subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of first-onset type 2 diabetes. Methods:In this study,91 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were classified into the insulin pump group(study group):46 patients were treated with the insulin pump scheme;the intermittent insulin subcutaneous injection group(control group):45 patients were treated with the intermittent insulin subcutaneous injection scheme.Analyze the significance of changes in related indicators between groups.Results:①After treatment,it was found that the indexes of blood glucose andβ-cell function of the insulin pump group had obvious advantages compared with the intermittent insulin subcutaneous injection group P<0.05.②After treatment,it was found that the insulin pump group’s blood glucose compliance time and hypoglycemia were significantly superior to the intermittent insulin subcutaneous injection group P<0.05.Conclusion:Intensive treatment with insulin pump in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes not only helps to restore isletβ-cell function and reduce patients’blood glucose, but also reduces average blood glucose compliance time and hypoglycemia compared with intermittent subcutaneous insulin injection.
