摘要
为了提高工作面巷道掘进速度,降低费用,结合目前正在使用的掘进方法,设计研究了适用于拱形巷道的跟进式迈步支架,通过液压系统控制,可实现迈步自移,同时对巷道顶板、迎头以及两帮进行支护,现场试验表明,该支架与综掘机配合使用,改进了现有掘进工艺,可实现长距离支护,为掘进作业安全进行提供了相应的保障。
In order to improve the tunneling speed and reduce the cost of the roadway in the working face,combined with the tunneling method currently in use,a follow-up step bracket suitable for the arched roadway is designed and studied.Through the control of the hydraulic system,the walking can be self moved.At the same time,the roof,the head and the two sides of the roadway are supported.The field test shows that the bracket is used in combination with the roadheader to improve the existing tunneling technology,which can realize long-distance support and provide corresponding guarantee for the safety of tunneling operation.
