探究双抽凝汽式50MW汽轮机滑销系统卡涩的解决方法

摘要 针对双抽凝汽式50MW汽轮机检修结束后在启机过程中,前轴承箱危急遮断轴键相位移探头折断,检修完成后,在启机过程中前轴承箱危急遮断轴断裂故障现象,通过汽轮发电机组大修,抬起下缸体,拆卸翻转前轴承箱,检查滑销系统,最终发现前轴承箱底座与基础接触面生锈,滑销系统卡涩,导致汽轮机缸体在膨胀过程中轴承箱无法前后滑动,将前轴承箱抬起,造成前轴承箱倾斜。通过对汽轮机滑销系统卡涩现象研究分析,探索引起滑销系统卡涩原因,消除滑销系统卡涩故障,保证了汽轮机安全稳定运行。 After the maintenance of 50MW double extraction condensing turbine,the phase shift probe of the emergency governor shaft key of the front bearing box was broken during the start-up process.After the maintenance,the emergency governor shaft of the front bearing box was broken during the start-up process.Through the overhaul of the turbine generator unit,the lower cylinder block was lifted,the front bearing box was disassembled and turned over,and the sliding key system was inspected.Finally,it was found that the base of the front bearing box was in contact with the foundation.The surface is rusted and the sliding key system is jammed,which causes that the bearing box of the steam turbine can not slide forward and backward to lift the front bearing box during the expansion process,causing the front bearing box to tilt.Through the study and analysis of the jamming phenomenon of the sliding key system of the steam turbine,this paper explores the causes of the jamming of the system,eliminates the jamming fault of the system,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine.
