摘要
建立客车骨架有限元模型,运用Hyperstudy联合Optistruct的响应面优化方法,在满足客车骨架应力要求前提下,计算出各个杆件的最薄厚度。优化后结果表明:骨架在满足静载强度安全要求下,骨架质量减轻了16%,达到轻量化的目标。
The finite element model of bus skeleton was established.By using the response surface optimization method of Hyperstudy combined with Optistruct,the minimum thickness of each member of the frame was calculated under the premise of meeting the stress requirements of the passenger car skeleton.The optimized scheme showes that under the static load strength safety requirements,the weight of the framework is reduced by 16%,and the goal of weight reduction is achieved.
