河湖岸线洲滩利用对河湖功能影响研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 为了实现河湖岸线的保护与高效利用,需要加强河湖岸线洲滩利用对河湖功能影响的研究,提高认识水平。主要综述了河湖岸线利用模式及主控因子、河湖功能与岸线洲滩相互影响以及河湖岸线洲滩利用管理与策略研究等3个方面的研究现状。总结了分别考虑自然和社会功能的河湖岸线利用模式分类方法,初步厘清了河湖功能与岸线洲滩相互影响的研究思路,综合提出了岸线资源化管理、可持续利用2个指导思想和岸线利用“零增长”模式、岸线资源“节约型”、河湖功能“友好型”3点建议。研究可为河湖岸线的保护与高效利用提出更好的研究思想与解决方案。 To realize the protection and effective utilization of the shoreline of rivers and lakes,the research on the function impact of rivers and lakes by shoreline and flat wetland utilization needs to be strengthened to gain a better understanding.The research status is reviewed in terms of 3 aspects:the mode and major controlling factors of shoreline utilization,interaction of river and lake functions and shoreline and flat wetland utilization,and the utilization management and strategy.The classification methods of utilization mode considering the natural and social functions are summarized and the research approach of the interaction is sorted out.The two guiding ideas of resource-oriented management and sustainable utilization of shorelines are put forward,and the shoreline utilization zero-growth mode,conservative-oriented development and function-friendly mode are recommended.The research offers better study ideas and solutions for the protection and effective utilization of the shoreline of rivers and lakes.
