麻醉机潮气量的校准比对

Measurement Comparison of Tidal Volume of Anesthesia Machine

为了验证麻醉机的检测方法及可靠程度,以潮气量的校准为例,参考了JJF 1234-2018《呼吸机校准规范》,选取三家计量机构的检测结果进行分析。应用计量比对法验证校准结果的可信程度,接着采用归一化偏差法验证结果的一致性程度。结果表明,潮气量检测的可信程度和一致性程度良好,可为临床检测提供参考。

In order to verify the detection method and reliability of the anesthesia machine,the test results of three inspection agencies were selected for analysis,taking the calibration of tidal volume as an example and referring to the JJF 1234-2018"Calibration Specification for Ventilators".The reliability of the calibration results is verified by the metrological comparison method,and the consistency of the results is verified by the normalized deviation method.The comparison results show that the reliability and consistency of tidal volume test are good,which can provide reference for clinical test.
