摘要
目前我国高职院校的“双师型”教师评价标准存在一定的局限性,缺少科学合理化的指标体系。从资格要求、专业理论知识、专业实践能力、实践教学能力、科研能力、职业道德与品行规范这六个方面探索构建了“双师型”教师的具体评价标准,形成了分层分类的“双师型”教师评价标准,提出了“双师型”教师认定规范流程和动态管理机制,全面提高“双师型”教师队伍的能力与素质,为高职院校“双师型”教师认定标准提供一定的参考依据。
At present,there are certain limitations in the evaluation criteria of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,and there is a lack of scientific and rationalized indicator system.The author attempts to construct the specific evaluation criteria of the“double-qualified”teachers from the six aspects of qualification requirements,professional theoretical knowledge,professional practice ability,practical teaching ability,scientific research ability,and professional ethics and conduct norms,to form a hierarchical evaluation of the“double-qualified”teacher evaluation criteria.This paper puts forward that it is necessary to standardize the evaluation process,establish a dynamic management mechanism,and comprehensively improve the ability and quality of the“double-qualified”teacher team,providing some reference for higher vocational colleges to identify the standard of“double-qualified”teachers.
