氨纶在纸尿裤领域的应用及性能检测方法研究

阐述了氨纶在纸尿裤领域的应用情况,提出氨纶作为纸尿裤行业广为接受的弹性原材料,因其直接接触婴幼儿、老年人等特殊群体的私密部位而应具备一定的弹性、抗菌性能和环保要求。在常规氨纶性能检测方法的基础上,对用于评价纸尿裤用氨纶的拉伸性能、蠕变性能、溶剂残存率、含油率、沸水收缩率、色牢度和卫生要求的检测方法进行分析与完善,从而为进一步提升氨纶产品性能及开发差别化氨纶产品提供有力的技术支撑。

The application of polyurethane fiber in the diaper field is expounded.As a widely accepted elastic raw material in the diaper field,it is suggested that Spandex should be flexible,antimicrobial and environmentally friendly and so on,because of its direct contact with the private parts of infants,the elderly and other special groups.To provide strong technical support on the performance improvement of Spandex and the development of differentiated Spandex products,the testing methods on the tensile property,creep property,solvent residual rate,oil content,boiling water shrinkage,color fastness,hygienic requirement of Spandex for diapers on the basis of the conventional testing methods of Spandex performance are analyzed and improved.
