摘要
目的:以愈创木酚含量为指标通过正交实验设计优选出鲜竹沥液的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用3因素3水平的正交实验方法L9(3^4)设计,以干馏时间、温度、流速为考察因素,鲜竹沥液中愈创木酚的含量为考察指标,确定鲜竹沥液的最佳提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为干馏时间180min,温度为200℃,流速为2mL/min。结论:该提取工艺简单、合理、稳定,重复性好,可为鲜竹沥提取工艺的确定提供参考依据。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of fresh bamboo juice using the content of guaiacol as the evaluation index.Methods:The process was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal design using the destructive distillation time,temperature,flow rate as the evaluation factors,and the content of guaiacol as the evaluation index.Results:The optimal determination conditions were as follows:the destructive distillation time was 180min,the temperature was 200℃,and the flow rate was 2mL/min.Conclusion:The extraction process is simple,reasonable,stable and reproducible,and it can provide the extraction process of optimization of fresh bamboo juice.
