摘要
目的:以我国长期护理保险研究领域的文献为研究对象,了解我国长期护理研究现况和发展趋势。方法:在中国知网以“长期护理保险”为主题词检索相关文献为数据来源,采用文献计量法从文献增长趋势、期刊分布、作者分布、关键词、研究机构等方面定量分析我国长期护理保险的研究现状;利用可视化分析揭示我国长期护理保险研究的热点和主题。结果:筛选后纳入分析的文献678篇,我国长期护理保险研究领域文献发文量平稳增长,文献来源以普通期刊为主,该研究领域的学者较分散,地区分布差异较大。研究领域高产机构主要分布在大学、研究所。结论:我国长期护理保险研究正处于迅速发展期。但是,长期护理保险研究水平仍有待提高;各地区存在一定差距;已有研究有待深化;研究缺乏系统性;针对人群过于单一。
Objective:To understand the current situation and development trend of long-term nursing research in China.Methods:Using the Chinese knowledge network,VIP and Wanfang database as data sources,the current research status of the long-term nursing insurance in China was quantitatively analyzed by bibliometrics,including the trend of literature growth,distribution of periodicals,distribution of authors,key words and research institutions,and the long-term nursing insurance in China was revealed by cluster analysis and visual analysis.Research hot spots and topics.Results:518 articles were included in the analysis.The documents of the literature in the field of long-term nursing insurance research in our country grew steadily.The literature source was mainly based on ordinary periodicals.The scholars in this field were more dispersed and the regional distribution was different.In the field of research,high-yielding institutions are mainly distributed in universities and research institutes.Conclusion:The study of long-term nursing insurance in China is developing rapidly.However,the research level of long-term nursing insurance still needs to be improved.There is a gap between different regions.The existing research needs to be deepened.The research is lack of systematization.The research is too single for the population.
