The strategy of rural revitalization is a long-term historic task which will be accompanied by the all-round process of modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics, poverty alleviation in rural areas and the realization of a moderately prosperous society. Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is not only a major issue of the time, but also a historical opportunity. It is a fundamental task of writing a new chapter of rural revitalization in Yunnan in the new era to unswervingly follow the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics and promote the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, rural progress and farmers’ development in Yunnan. It is an practical path to build a beautiful countryside and colorful Yunnan by implementing the concept of ecological civilization and pushing forward all-round rural revitalization in accordance with the requirements of green ecological development.
