摘要
文化是人的类特质的呈现和表达,是人的合目的性的规定和描述,也是人的集合体的规定性和软实力。人的集合体从自在状态提升到自为状态,形成有组织性的群体,产生自觉性的行动力量,有赖于文化对集合体各种利益关系的规定和约束。集合体存续的时空范围取决于该群体的文化凝聚力和影响力。集合体的最高形态是文化共同体,集合体的竞争力和发展动力就源自文化的同化力与文化活力,文化的繁荣是一个集合体兴盛的标志。
Culture is the presentation and expression of human generic idiosyncrasy, of the specifications and description of human purposiveness, and of the prescriptiveness and soft power of human aggregation. The promotion of human aggregation from the state of being in itself to being by itself and the formation of organized groups for conscious action force depend on the regulations and constraints over various interest relations within the aggregation by culture. Its temporal and spatial scope for the existence depends on the cultural cohesion and influence of the group. The highest form of the aggregation is cultural community whose competitiveness and development power comes from cultural assimilation and vitality. The prosperity of culture is a symbol of the prosperity of aggregation.
