社会治理视域中的地母文化价值研究

A Study on the Cultural Value of Earth-Mother in the Perspective of Social Governance

广南地母文化是西南地区一种特有的文化现象,包括地母庙、地母像、地母经书、地母文化活动四种主要类型,具有"万物生于土"的淳朴性、"以地为母"的人格化倾向、"崇尚土地、敬畏自然与生命"的道德取向等特点。它所蕴含的哲理智慧、价值观念、伦理道德对于教化民众、记住乡愁、凝聚共识、促进社会和谐具有重要作用,在改进地方社会治理方式、创新地方社会治理模式中扮演着不可或缺的角色。当前广南地母文化面临创造性转化和创新性发展问题,需要在内涵挖掘,规划和引导,融合社会主义核心价值观以及充分发挥人的主体作用,广泛调动社会力量积极参与等方面开展工作。

The Earth-Mother culture of Guangnan County is a unique phenomenon in Southwest China. It contains four main types known as the Earth-Mother temple, the Earth-Mother statue, Earth-Mother scripture, and the Earth-Mother cultural activity featuring the simplicity of "everything comes from earth", the personification tendency of "taking earth as mother" and the moral orientation of "adorning earth, fearing nature and life". Its philosophical wisdom, values and ethics play an important role in educating the people, awakening nostalgia, building consensus and promoting social harmony, and in improving local governance and restructuring its model. At present, the Guangnan Earth-Mother culture is facing handicaps in creative transformation and innovative development. It needs to make efforts on connotation excavation, planning and guiding, integrating socialist core values, giving full play to the role of human beings, and extensively mobilizing the active participation of social forces.
