摘要
随着PERC电池逐渐成为光伏行业的主流产品,客户对于产品的要求普遍提高。EL不良的控制成为PERC电池企业竞争市场的关键点。EL不良对组件终端产品的影响非常大,对组件转换效率和衰减等影响尤其明显。结合生产现场的实际条件,对不同环境下EL黑斑的比例进行实地跟进验证,找出有效改善EL黑斑的方法。
With PERC cells gradually becoming the mainstream products of photovoltaic industry,customers'requirements for products are generally improved.The bad control of EL has become the key point for PERC cell enterprises to compete in the market.The bad EL has a great influence on the end products of components,especially on the conversion efficiency and attenua-tion of components.Combined with the actual conditions of the production site,this paper carried out field follow-up verification on the proportion of EL black spots in different environments,and found out effective methods to improve EL black spots.
