摘要
在煤矿以往的生产过程中,对于采空区瓦斯,主要是利用专用巷道以及埋管法来抽采。这种作业方法施工成本高,而且作业效率低。为了有效解决这个问题,提出了一种预抽钻孔与高位钻孔相结合的方式,以此来构建煤和瓦斯的共采体系。主要对当前煤矿企业生产过程中使用的回转钻进高位常规钻孔施工技术和滑动定向钻进高位定向钻孔施工技术进行了分析,并对采空区瓦斯抽采过程中高位钻孔施工技术的发展趋势进行了探讨。
In the past production process of coal mine,the gas in goaf was mainly extracted by special roadway and buried pipe method.This kind of operation method had high construction cost and low operation efficiency.In order to solve this problem effec-tively,a combination of pre-drainage and high-level drilling was put forward to construct the co-mining system of coal and gas.This paper mainly analyzed the conventional high-level drilling construction technology of rotary drilling and the high-level direc-tional drilling construction technology of sliding directional drilling used in the current production process of coal mine enter-prises,and discussed the development trend of high-level drilling construction technology in the process of gas drainage in goaf.
