摘要
以刮板运输机状态监测系统设计为对象开展探究。在分析刮板运输机状态监测系统整体结构的基础上,重点从硬件和软件两方面对监测分站的设计进行了综合论述,并对其实际运行效果进行了分析,希望能够为其他矿井相似系统的搭建提供帮助和借鉴。
The design of condition monitoring system for scraper conveyor was explored.Based on the analysis of the overall structure of the condition monitoring system of scraper conveyor,this paper focused on the design of monitoring substation from both hardware and software,and analyzed its actual operation effect,hoping to provide help and reference for the construction of similar systems in other mines.
